Based on the skills and knowledge gained in PFP. 108, PFP. 208 and PFP. 309 (Fitness and Lifestyle Management 1, 2 and 3), this course will center on the theoretical and practical application of both physical and occupational requirements of a police officer. Students will be required to apply appropriate fitness skills in order to continue to increase and/or maintain an overall physical fitness level that will allow them to work towards achieving the standards of the PIN and other fitness tests as required. By semester end, students will be striving to achieve a minimum acceptable standard of fitness in order to pass the physical component of the course. This standard will be made available to all students.
