Communities are made up of diverse backgrounds and diverse needs - that are always changing. That's why it's so important for us to offer flexible learning that meets the needs of all communities - and is able to bring balance to home and school.
Humber provides specific training and education across a broad range of community-serving careers. With over 150 part-time courses, 16 certificates, many of which are offered online - you can be certain that you'll find a schedule that works for you.
Classes are offered in a variety of formats including online, (evening and/or weekend), independent study, workshops, as well as in week-long intensive format. The School of Social and Community Services is also pleased to deliver part-time programs on-site if there are 20 or more who would like to take courses. A group information session can be arranged with a program representative to answer any question(s) you may have.
Police Foundations is now offered entirely online. It's just one of the ways we strive to open up programs to students who otherwise couldn't particpate in learning.
