HUMBER STUDENTS ATTEND HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS EVENT

On May 10th, 2017, three students from the School of Social and Community Services attended the Human Trafficking Awareness Event at Nathan Phillips Square to help raise awareness of this crime. The students posted flyers for the event within their communities, promoted it through their social media, as well as created posters for the event.

The three students present at Nathan Phillips Square held up their posters as Toronto Mayor, Jon Tory, declared May 10th Human Trafficking Awareness Day for the City of Toronto.
