From June 5 to 8, 2017, the International Journal of Arts & Sciences (IJAS) held their American Canadian Conference for Social Sciences and Humanities at Ryerson University.
Students and faculty from the Criminal Justice program were in attendance to present their 4th-year thesis paper titled, "The Attitudes of College Students toward the Utilization of British Restorative Justice Techniques in Everyday Policing." The authors of the paper took a sample of 188 Humber students from justice and policing programs and examined their attitudes towards restorative justice.
The presentation and paper were positively received at the conference. Congratulations to Rebekah G., Margaret D., Jennifer D., and Dr. Aqeel Saeid on this wonderful achievement.
