Overview

This course teaches students how to plan, execute major types of change: mergers, cultural transformations, technological, organizational and market changes.

Participants will be given tools to better cope with a changing “playing field”. Areas of study will include managing change, being an effective change agent, organizational readiness, risk assessment and promoting change through employee and peer engagement.
