Alumni Stories - Spotlight on Forensic Identification (FI) Alumni

In 2019 after hearing about Humber’s FI program, I quit my job and enrolled immediately. I’ve always wanted to work in forensics and was blown away with the amount of hands-on experience we were given by industry professionals in the program.

I’m currently working as a Forensic Identification Assistant with York Regional Police. It’s an extremely interesting and rewarding career that I’m beyond thrilled to have. Humber’s FI program and staff taught me fingerprinting techniques, photography skills, and forensic knowledge that I put into practice every day at work.
