Rina's Experience at Humber

Please tell us about your time at Humber College. What was the best part of it?

The greatest choice I have ever made in my life is to attend Humber College. I spent the best four years of my life at Humber; it's simply not time for me to move on. It was at Humber College that I found my dream, got to know myself, and understood the benefits of attending Humber. The most memorable experience I had at Humber was, above all, meeting with all of the faculty members who have extensive training and experience in the industry to help me identify my strengths and provide me with all the support and assistance I needed to realize my dream. Additionally, every service I received at Humber College—including resume assistance, interview coaching, and other services—was very helpful in helping me graduate with honours and become a successful Humber student.

Please tell us about your experience since graduating.

Although I do miss being a Humber student, I now identify as a proud graduate who earned an honours degree from the college. I'm thrilled with how my career is going since I graduated from Humber. To be really honest, enrolling at Humber College to further my education was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life, and I am glad I did.

What do you find most satisfying about your career choice?

Being able to assist others and ensuring that everyone feels safe around me makes me proud. I also realize how my assistance can have a positive impact on someone's life. Having said that, I made the right decision in enrolling at Humber and in utilizing all of the opportunities it provided for me to succeed in my chosen choice. I am grateful to all of the Humber employees and the service members who have contributed to my career development as a bright light.
