The Mindfulness Monday’s series is back in an effort to continue to promote health and wellness activities. This concept is an 8-week virtual, one hour workshop series starting October 4, 2021 (excluding Thanksgiving Day).
These sessions include Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath Meditation activities. This series is open to all employees, students, and the community. Attendees will leave the workshops rejuvenated and refreshed, mentally ready for their workday and week ahead!
