BBS Students Win Awards from ONTABA

Tags: February 2023, Vol. 3, Issue 2

At the annual conference of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA), two students in theĀ Bachelor of Behavioural Science (BBS) won awards! Each year there is a large number of applicants for these awards and winning one is a testament to the excellence of our students.

Solanch Speranza Baro, a second year student, won the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award. Samantha Smith, also a second year student, won the Student Award. Both these students are very involved with the BBS, since Solanch is a class representative and Samantha is a class leader. They also are both working in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) field providing behavioural supports to individuals with special needs.

Congratulations to both students!
