BBS Students Win Awards from ONTABA

At the annual conference of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA), two students in the Bachelor of Behavioural Science (BBS) won awards! Each year there is a large number of applicants for these awards and winning one is a testament to the excellence of our students.

Solanch Speranza Baro, a second year student, won the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award. Samantha Smith, also a second year student, won the Student Award. Both these students are very involved with the BBS, since Solanch is a class representative and Samantha is a class leader. They also are both working in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) field providing behavioural supports to individuals with special needs.

Congratulations to both students!
