Humber PSI Hosts ASIS Student Appreciation Night
On April 10th, 2025, Humber’s Protection, Security, and Investigation (PSI) program hosted the ASIS Toronto Chapter's Student Appreciation Night. Many Protection, Security, and Investigation students were in attendance, along with students from other FSCS justice cluster programs, students from Guelph-Humber's Justice Studies program, students from a range of Ontario colleges, and ASIS Toronto Chapter leaders. The event featured guest talks from cybersecurity expert John Daniele, who discussed his career journey through public and private law enforcement organizations, and Toronto Police Service Constable, Anthony Lamanna, who regaled students with words of inspiration and encouragement. All attendees enjoyed a catered dinner courtesy of ASIS Toronto Chapter, and had an opportunity to engage with guest speakers, fellow students, and other security professionals in attendance.
