The DSW Program Celebrates WE Inspire Week Fall 2025!

Student and Faculty from the Developmental Services Worker program celebrated WE Inspire week once again for Fall 2025. This annual week celebrating the work and achievements of developmental services professionals and students from across the province was November 17-21, 2025. This year’s theme was WE Inspire: DSWs as Champions of Innovation and Change in Developmental Services. On Friday Nov 21, 2025, DSW Programs across Ontario – faculty and students came together for a free, online conference that brought together over 160 people online! There was a great line up of guest speakers from across the developmental services sector and people with lived experiences. Presentations focused on the impact of technology and the positive use of AI in the support and enhancement in many areas of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This annual week of celebration and one day conference was organized by the DSW Programs, Program Coordinators Provincial Table.
