Year of the Gun Documentary and Panel Generate Important Discussions

In November, FSCS students and members of the public were invited to attend a film viewing of CBC's Year of the Gun (2019) documentary. Followed by a panel discussion with community activists, researchers, faculty members and law enforcement (Farley Flex, Steven Kerr, Zya Brown, Doug Thompson and Neil Price), the event generated a revealing dialogue on issues of gun violence and policing.
